OFFICE HOURS; Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM , also flexible to an occasional evening or weekend appointment.
Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
And in my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and practitioner, the following policies will be honored:
Cancellation or Reschedule
A 24 hour advance notice (phone call, text or email) is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice (unless it is an unforeseen emergency) you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your practitioner will determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session.
