I am a retired Rochester Mayo Clinic employee, retiring in 2014 with 37 years of service. The majority of my years were spent working in customer service, supervision and training in the Departments of General Surgery, Desk Training and General Service.
My spiritual journey to healing started over 30 years ago at an Al-Anon meeting (support group for friends and family of alcoholics/chemically dependent). Since then I have been on a quest to find inner peace and discover my life purpose and meaning. All the healing modalities that I have received and studied have provided wonderful safe havens of support and education (body, mind and spirit). Many of which have, and continue to, facilitate my personal growth. I have been so blessed to have had the opportunity to receive and train on so many holistic healing modalities. The journey has been life changing. My teachers, practitioners, and fellow colleagues (community) have held and supported me as I found my way out of much darkness. And my decision to learn and train in order to offer this work comes from a deep place of gratitude. It is my way of truly giving back to the world what was freely offered and given to me.
I love being in nature, particularly in the woods or by (or in!) water, whether it be a stream, river, pond, lake or ocean. I love to travel! I love all sports, in particular golf, biking, fishing, swimming and playing softball, basketball and volleyball. And I love my family and friends.
And one of my biggest joys is to work with and help people heal and grow.
Thank you for your interest in my work. I hope to have the opportunity to meet and work with you one day.
Namaste
